Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your G.A.P — but if you don’t, we’ll refund any unopened items returned within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are undamaged, sealed, and in re-sellable condition. Please contact our Customer Service team first to arrange the return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (excluding postage), and you’ll receive an email once it’s been processed. Returns made after 30 days cannot be refunded, and return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please handle all items with care. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
All products are carefully checked before shipping, but if you receive the wrong item or something faulty, please email team@drinkgap.au straight away with your order number, details of the product you ordered, and the issue. Let us know if you’d prefer a refund or a replacement, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
